The real reason for the birth of HAKURAKUSEI Cup - Gailene Stock Ballet competition
One of staff members of Nanohana general incorporated association had the good fortune of working with Ms. Gailene Stock.

Something invisible might start running when Ms. Gailene Stock said “Delicious.” in a whisper with a smile for response to the expectations of the member. Beyond controversy, nobody could imagine of possibility of being involved in the project of HAKURAKUSEI Cup - Gailene Stock competition at that moment.
Ms. Gailene Stock did not drink sake that many, if anything, she relished sake
with a warm smile and said “Delicious” in a whisper. In fact, the sake which Ms.

And then she served the HAKURAKUSEI to Ms. Gailene Stock in a private room of Mitsukoshi
restaurant in London.

home the bottle with its remaining in with caution. She said that she would enjoy
rest of it with dinner with her much-loved husband by portions.

of love and sensitive brewing operation. In order to create the outstanding Japanese
sake, Mr. Niizawa does not settle for anything less. He has always kept his hard
skill and perfect manual procedures. His delivery operation is very much closed to
artistic manner because he finely calculates and analyzes the timing of its arrival
in order to deliver it in season of drinking.
So, HAKURAKUSEI has been nurtured in strain-free by Mr. Niizawa, and introduced to
the people of the world. His brewing operation is perfectly complied with the concept
of that Japanese sake is a living drink, and so HKURAKUSEI is alive.
After playing an active role in professional ballerina, Ms. Gailene Stock assumed
a position as principal of one of the best ballet school in Australia. She filled
the position successively and did a lot to raise the level of Australian ballet.
She is the one who gained world recognition for Australia’s ballet ability.
